Off-White x AF1 'Sesame'

First unveiled at Design Miami 2022 as part of the Virgil Abloh: The Codes c/o Architecture exhibition at the Rubell Museum, the Off-White AF1 “Sesame” quickly became one of the brand’s most elusive releases. Early rumors pointed to an exclusive drop in Qatar alongside the Figures of Speech exhibition, though that release never ended up happening. The sneaker features a smooth beige leather upper paired with a metallic silver Swoosh, held in place by Virgil Abloh’s signature oversized black zigzag stitching. Familiar Off-White details return, including the iconic zip tie, small orange tab, and the bold “AlR” lettering across the midsole. Completing the presentation, the pair arrives in a standout chrome-inspired box, adding another layer of uniqueness to the release.
